OUR APPROACH

Using a stepped approach involving some or all of the following actions, depending on the client’s needs, Communication Rules!™ provides individual and organizational assessment tools, training for groups within the organization, and/or coaching for individuals.

PLAN:	Meet with client to understand issues/concerns and desired goals.
ASSESS:	Conduct interviews and assessments, as needed, to identify issues affecting performance.
	Present findings, conclusions and proposed recommendations.
DESIGN:	Define scope of work and design appropriate consulting and/or training in partnership with leaders and key staff.
DELIVER:	Provide consulting, training, coaching, and related training materials as required.
EVALUATE:	Evaluate and monitor progress through interviews and assessments to measure successes and gaps against goals.
